• Vibration System

The vibration system contains platform vibration and mold vibration, so the products are very close-grained and produced quickly. Firstly, synchronous vibration insures the amplitude of the vibration table. Also, the frequency can change according to different technique. Low frequency in feeding material, high-frequency vibration makes the different materials to get an optimal vibration way, so it ensures the high quality of concrete products.

• Germany Siemens PLC control system

The novel feeding system gives material exactly and averages and assures the products having a high density

QT5-15 adopts Siemens PLC control system, thus it is easy to operate, and can lower failure rate vastly. Hence the machine can run with high stability and reliability.

In addition, combined with a long-distance controlling system, it can achieve scrutiny, controlling, diagnosis. Therefore the fault diagnosis system gets high appreciation in our customers.

Finally, the man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system, and remote control function. So it doesn’t need a professional person but only needs a simple trained one to the operator.

• Hydraulic Station

Our hydraulic pumps and hydraulic valves adopt Calyca, which is from Taiwan, and famous for its high-quality products. Additionally, flange connection tubes ensure convenient installation and maintenance. On the other hand, multi-point pressure detection point ensures convenient detection

• Frequency conversion technology

Since soft start function control has reduced the motor starting current, it protects the motor and extends its service life. Because main vibration adopts low-frequency standby, high-frequency operation, so it improves the speed of operation. And it also reduces mechanical accessory and motor damage.

Most of all, the frequency converter saving about 30%-40% power than the traditional converter.
